SHIPPING POLICY

Mortar Oy is based in Finland (EU), and we ship all orders using UPS or Posti.


Order Processing & Handling

  • We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Once payment is confirmed, we ship as quickly as possible. Processing may take longer during sales or new releases.
  • You’ll receive a payment confirmation email and another with your tracking number when your order ships.
  • Once your order is packed and tracking info is sent, it can’t be changed or canceled. Please check your details carefully before placing your order.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, notify Mortar by emailing info@mortarshop.online. Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped.

Delivery Address Requirements

  • Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment numbers.
  • Use only alphabetic characters.
  • We don’t deliver to PO boxes.
  • Please double-check your address to avoid delays or returned packages. If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

  • €10.90: USA, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Spain, Italy, Estonia, United Kingdom
  • €13.90: Ireland, Monaco, Slovakia, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovenia, Greece, Portugal, Norway
  • €16.00: Turkey & Canada
  • €16.90: Andorra, Canary Islands, Greenland
  • €20.00: Mexico, Puerto Rico
  • €26.00: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Israel, South Korea, Kazakhstan, UAE, Mongolia, Moldova
  • €35.00: Australia
  • €38.00: New Zealand
  • €46.00: Iceland

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Finland: 1 to 5 business days
  • EU & USA: 3 to 7 business days
  • International: 5 to 14 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be longer due to unforeseen delays such as customs processing, weather, or courier disruptions.


Customs, VAT & Fees

  • All orders are shipped from Finland (EU).
  • For customers in the EU, VAT is included at checkout through the OSS (One-Stop-Shop) system, so no additional customs or VAT fees will be charged upon delivery.
  • Customers outside the EU may have to pay local VAT customs fees except for Australia, New Zealand and the United States. In the rest of the world customers are responsible for any charges.
  • These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost, and Mortar Oy cannot cover or reimburse them.

Payment Verification

  • For security purposes, if the delivery address differs from your credit card billing address, we may ask you to provide a photo of your ID or the credit card used for payment to verify the order.

Issues with Delivery & Unclaimed Packages

  • If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address, or if a package is unclaimed and returned to us, extra shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • If a package is unclaimed and returned, we will refund the cost of the products only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Mortar Oy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local carrier for assistance in such cases.
  • If your package is lost, damaged upon receipt, or you receive the wrong or defective item, please inform us immediately by emailing info@mortarshop.online with your order number.
