RETURN & REFUND POLICY
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to contact us and initiate a return for items in unused, perfect condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging. This means:
- No signs of wear, stains, or odors
- Unwashed and undamaged
- Includes all original packaging and accessories (stickers are yours to keep)
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges from one size or item to another.
If you'd like a different size or item, simply return your original purchase and place a new order.
This helps us keep things fast and accurate for everyone.
How to Return:
- You must contact us at info@mortarshop.online with your order number and reason for return before sending your package. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
- We’ll provide a pre-paid return label to print at home. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 7 business days.
